WHAT IS SGX?

SGX is a Spartan Race fitness program designed to give you the tools and abilities you need to conquer any obstacle course race. You do not have to want to do an Obstacle course to reap the benefits of SGX. This program will help you achieve your fitness goals while keeping you from plateauing.

WHAT IS HWAR DO?

Hwar Do is a combination martial art, a scientific synthesis of the best techniques from Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Kung Fu, Judo, Hap Ki Do, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, weapons training, and more. This approach of combining the strengths of multiple martial styles makes for a well-rounded student who is better able to defend him- or herself

WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

Personal training is one on one or a small group you select. This training is set up around your health goals and is tailored to fit exactly want you what to get out of it. 

WHAT IS SELF-DEFENSE?

This self-defense class is designed for teens and adults that are not interested in the traditional belt system of martial arts but still want to know how to defend themselves. 

WHAT IS TINY CHAMPIONS?

Tiny Champions is and introductory class designed for 3 to 5 year old kiddos that are not quite ready for the ridged discipline of Hwar do. Tiny champions will still learn the basics of martial arts but at a level that is appropriate for their abilities.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone to try a couple classes before signing up, that way you can make sure you're going to enjoy being a part of the uMUVfit family.

I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?

Making small changes is the key to long-term success. The first step is creating the habit of walking through the door on a regular basis. The second step is to smile while doing the first step!
